BLUEBELLS

(2 - 3 years)

The environment in the Bluebells helps to create children's sense of personal identity and sense of self-esteem.

It also helps to establish the right sort of atmosphere for children to be able to develop and learn.

Children are encouraged to express and create ideas using their feelings and imagination as well as having the opportunity to enjoy texture, sounds, sights and shapes, with the emphasis on expressive and aesthetic experiences.

Time is also set aside for snack, lunch, singing, soft play, Heuristic play, story time and a rest period.

Children are taken outside daily to play in our large garden, for nature walks and visits to the local community.

Parents provide disposable nappies and a change of clothes.
